This laboratory focuses on key areas such as process management, memory management, file systems, synchronization, and system calls, enabling students to engage with the underlying mechanisms that govern system performance and resource allocation. Through structured experiments and assignments, students gain hands-on experience with real-world operating systems, enhancing their understanding of how operating system components interact to manage hardware resources, multitasking, and user processes. The laboratory serves to strengthen students&#8217; proficiency in analyzing, configuring, and troubleshooting operating systems, thereby providing a solid foundation for advanced studies in system software and computer architecture.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Objective of the Laboratory<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ability to understand the basics of OS and their functions.
