WHAT IS IET
The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) is one of the world’s largest multidisciplinary professional engineering institutions. Established in 2006 through the merger of the Institution of Electrical Engineers (IEE, founded in 1871) and the Institution of Incorporated Engineers (IIE, founded in 1884), the IET has grown into a global community with over 153,000 members.
The institution’s main offices are located at Savoy Place in London and Michael Faraday House in Stevenage, England.
The IET Delhi Local Network inaugurated its student chapter, “IET-BVCOE,” on 22nd January 2015. The event was graced by distinguished dignitaries, including Mr. V. K. Gupta (Chairman, IET Delhi Local Network), Mr. R. N. Rajput (Honorary Secretary, IET Delhi), and Ms. Azhra Fatima (Marketing Head, IET India), along with several other eminent personalities.
WHAT WE DO
Our progressive vision is brought to life through a diverse range of seminars and workshops, thoughtfully organized throughout the academic year.
We conduct personality development sessions aimed at grooming individuals and enhancing their overall confidence and presence. For technology enthusiasts, especially those passionate about robotics, we organize engaging Arduino sessions that provide hands-on learning experiences.
