On the occasion of Elantre, the fashion society fest of Bharati College, University of Delhi, Team Vénuva once again showcased its artistic brilliance and creative flair. Competing among several talented participants, the team proudly secured the 2nd Prize in the Face Painting Competition, making the society proud with their outstanding performance.

With exceptional creativity and attention to detail, the duo transformed their artistic vision into a stunning piece of face art. Their design beautifully combined vibrant colors, intricate patterns, and expressive storytelling, capturing the attention of both the audience and the judges. Their confidence, coordination, and originality helped them stand out in a highly competitive event.

This achievement once again highlights Vénuva’s dedication to creativity, teamwork, and artistic excellence. Congratulations to Sanskriti and Shreshtha Singh for this wonderful accomplishment and for continuing to make the society proud.

Team Vénuva recently participated in a fashion event held at Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies (VIPS), where the members once again demonstrated their passion for fashion and stage presence. Although the team did not secure a prize this time, their performance and creativity on the ramp were widely appreciated.

In this event, the participants presented a ramp walk featuring different fashion attires, each reflecting a unique style and personality. From elegant and modern outfits to bold and expressive fashion choices, the team displayed versatility and confidence while walking the ramp. Their coordinated presentation, styling, and stage confidence made the performance engaging and memorable for the audience.

Through their dynamic presence and creative fashion representation, Vénuva once again proved its dedication to exploring new styles and expressing fashion as a form of art. Even without a prize, the experience added to the team’s journey of growth, confidence, and creativity on different college platforms.

VÉNUVA – The Fashion Society of Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering organized Ethnic Day 4.0, celebrating the beauty of Indian traditions and culture. The event encouraged students to showcase their heritage through elegant ethnic attire like sarees, lehengas, kurta-pajamas, and regional outfits.

Participants impressed the audience with their confidence and style on the ramp. Titles such as Mr. & Ms. Ethnic, Mr. & Ms. Cultural, and Best Jodi were awarded to those who stood out in attire, presentation, and stage presence.

The event successfully highlighted cultural diversity, creativity, and confidence, making it a vibrant and memorable celebration. ✨

Mission Malamaal, organized by ACM – BVP, Vénuva, and IOSC, was an engaging event held during BVEST 12 that aimed to test participants’ innovation, analytical thinking, and presentation skills.

The first round was conducted online, where teams submitted abstracts and presentations presenting creative technical or entrepreneurial ideas. From the many entries received, 19 teams were shortlisted based on the originality and feasibility of their concepts.

The second round took place offline and featured an idea pitching session in front of a panel of judges. Participants presented their ideas and answered questions during an interactive cross-questioning round, which tested their understanding and confidence.

The event successfully promoted innovation, teamwork, and creative thinking, reflecting the collaborative spirit of ACM – BVP, Vénuva, and IOSC.

During the Student Induction Program, Team Vénuva enthusiastically introduced the fashion society to the incoming batch of freshers. The event served as a platform for the team to showcase the creativity, achievements, and vibrant culture of the society, while encouraging new students to explore their passion for fashion and creativity.

Through a series of engaging presentations, interactive sessions, and small activities, the team gave freshers an insight into what Vénuva represents. Members spoke about the society’s journey, its major achievements, and the opportunities it offers to students who are interested in fashion, styling, modeling, and creative expression.

The team also highlighted the fame and recognition that Vénuva has earned through participation and achievements in various inter-college events and fashion competitions. By sharing their experiences and showcasing the society’s dynamic work, they aimed to inspire the freshers to become a part of the Vénuva family.

On 11th March 2025, the campus lit up as VÉNUVA hosted Ethnic Day 3.0, a celebration of tradition, style, and student spirit. The college ground transformed into a vibrant space filled with music, colors, and energy, where students showcased their best ethnic looks and joined in for an afternoon of performances, fun, and festive vibes.

From the iconic Best Jodi moment to high-energy dance performances the event offered a perfect mix of elegance and excitement. Ethnic Day 3.0 gave us memories we won’t stop scrolling through anytime soon.

Vénuva organized a seminar on Digital Art and AI featuring Haider Abbas Sir, an industry expert from Pearl Academy. He is a 3D Generalist, UI/UX Designer, and Educator specializing in Motion Graphics and AI for Design. As an Assistant Professor at Pearl Academy and founder of Motionlab, he mentors creatives in both technical skills and personal growth.

The session explored AI’s impact on digital art, from creative enhancement to ethical considerations. With over 80 students actively participating, the seminar provided valuable insights into AI-powered tools and future trends.

A successful and engaging event, it left students inspired about the evolving world of digital art and AI, bridging the gap between traditional techniques and emerging technologies.

Organized by Vénuva in collaboration with BVPCSI, Digi-Darzee brought creativity to life, blending design and fashion in a unique digital showcase. Held on 19th October, the event featured innovative creations and a ₹15K prize pool, making it a grand success.

With winning certificates awarded for participation, the event contributed to student development and encouraged active involvement. Members showcased their knowledge and quick thinking in a spirited competition.

The event was a resounding success, fostering camaraderie and setting a new benchmark for engaging society activities.

On 10th August 2024, Vénuva stole the spotlight at Symaroh, the annual cultural fest of Symbiosis, with powerful performances in two fashion events that blended style with storytelling.

Bringing mythology to life, the team portrayed Medusa and Perseus in a gripping ramp act. Their dramatic interpretation and powerful coordination left a lasting impression on both audience and judges.

On 19th January 2025, Vénuva once again showcased its artistic brilliance at Threads of Fiction, a collaborative event between the Literati Club, IIT Delhi, and En Vogue, the Fashion Society of IIT Delhi. This unique competition challenged participants to design outfits using waste materials and rags, blending sustainability with storytelling.

Both of Vénuva’s teams delivered spectacular performances, securing 1st and 2nd place, reaffirming their dominance in creative fashion.

Through their innovative designs and compelling storytelling, Vénuva not only impressed the judges but also highlighted the power of fashion as a medium for expression. This remarkable victory adds another milestone to Vénuva’s legacy of excellence in fashion and creativity.

Vénuva – The Fashion Society of BVCOE achieved a remarkable victory, securing 1st place in the “Beyond The Seams” No-Sew Fashion Show at Rendezvous 2024, the National Cultural Fest of IIT Delhi, organized by Envogue, IIT Delhi’s Fashion Society, on October 8th, 2024.

The winning team—Samiksha Chourasia (ECE-3, 2nd year), Kamya Aggarwal (IT-2, 1st year), and Anshika Gupta (IT-2, 1st year)—impressed the judges with their stunning designs, creativity, and impeccable execution.

Special appreciation goes to Kuhu Saxena (ECE-4) and Harsh Vats (ECE-4) for their guidance and Dr. Apoorva Aggarwal for her invaluable mentorship.

The Vénuva Quiz Extravaganza – Trivia Trove, organized by Vénuva – The Fashion Society of BVCOE on May 3rd, 2025, at the Library, was an exciting event that blended intellect, entertainment, and fashion.

Featuring three engaging quizzes Genius Genesis (general knowledge), Fame Game (entertainment trivia), and Buzzer Kings (fashion and personality-based challenges) the event saw enthusiastic participation from society members.

Surrounded by bold murals and urban textures, the team brought fresh energy to classic denim styling it with attitude, edge, and creativity. From rugged layers to clean cuts, every look spoke confidence. The contrast of denim against vibrant walls made each shot pop. Vénuva kept it real, keeping it bold just the way denim should be.

On the sunny afternoon of January 24th, 2024, BVCOE’s fashion enthusiasts embarked on a journey into the world of corporate dressing with a photoshoot themed around the essence of Silicon Valley professionalism. Organized by Vénuva, the Fashion Society of BVCOE, this event aimed to provide students with an immersive experience in modern workplace attire and decorum.

Corporate dressing is not merely about attire; it signifies a blend of confidence, professionalism, and contemporary style. The photoshoot served as a platform for students to explore and embody the essence of Silicon Valley’s tech-driven culture.

The core team, along with the creative and event management team, poured their energy into orchestrating a seamless photoshoot experience. Event coordinators Divyansh and Abhishek meticulously planned every detail, ensuring a smooth execution. Rudransh, a skilled photographer, captured the essence of Silicon Valley chic with finesse and precision.

The setup reflected the sleek and sophisticated ambiance synonymous with Silicon Valley, complete with minimalist backdrops and strategic lighting to capture the essence of professionalism. Students adorned themselves in chic corporate attire, channeling the polished look of Silicon Valley professionals. From tailored suits to smart casual ensembles, each participant exuded confidence and poise, embodying the ethos of modern workplace fashion.

On 20th February 2024, Vénuva: The Fashion Society, organized a vibrant celebration of Ethnic Day at BVCOE. This event was a platform to showcase the rich cultural diversity of India and promote traditional attire among the students.

The principal, along with the HODs and faculty members, graced the occasion, showing their support for the cultural endeavors of the students. Unlike previous years, this year’s event focused on cultural performances and celebrating diversity.

The highlight of the day was the mesmerizing performances by the students of Vénuva and Aagaaz. Team Vénuva, comprising students from various departments and years, put up a spectacular dance performance that left the audience spellbound. The dedication and hard work of the students were evident in their graceful moves and vibrant expressions.

Vénuva organised a photoshoot for our student models on the theme: Euphoria. The core team, along with the creative and event management team, participated in the shoot with full energy.

Although perceived as a mere fun activity, this portfolio shoot is of great benefit to students, especially to enhance their creativity, imagination, and build confidence. The aim behind organising this program was to create awareness among students about makeup and euphoric outfits.

To make the program more engaging and interesting, an introduction to the basics of photography and modelling was also given by the students. An amazing shoot location was chosen on the college campus and set up for the event.

The setup exuded a lively atmosphere, complete with elaborate backdrops and professional lighting that enhanced the visual appeal of the photographs. A team of skilled photographers captured the essence of each participant’s interpretation of “Euphoria”, freezing moments of confidence and exuberance in every click.

On the evening of 27th May 2023, the halls of the BVP Campus were transformed into a glamorous affair as students gathered to celebrate their much-anticipated Prom Night. Hosted by Vénuva, the event aimed to create unforgettable memories and foster a sense of camaraderie among the student body.

The theme for this year’s prom was “A Night Under the Stars,” setting the stage for an enchanting evening filled with twinkling lights and celestial decor. Beyond its surface glamour, prom provided an opportunity for students to showcase their confidence and social skills. As students arrived in their finest attire, the excitement in the air was palpable.

The highlight of the evening was the crowning of the Prom King and Queen. The event also featured a range of entertainment, from live band performances to a themed photo booth. A particularly anticipated segment was the Best Duo contest, where students showcased their chemistry on the dance floor.

Everyone looked vibrant in their colorful and different ethnic outfits. To make the program more engaging and interesting, several activities and performances were also prepared by the students.

First, an opening ceremony took place as a cultural function. A fantastic tent canopy was set up in the college canteen for the event. All the students of BVCOE were present there to attend the event. They were very happy and enjoyed the music performances by Team Aagaaz, and the dance performance by Team Vénuva.

On the vibrant evening of December 23rd, 2022, BVCOE’s sports enthusiasts showcased their passion for athletics and fashion in a dynamic sports attire fashion walk at the closing ceremony of Ranbhoomi, the intra-college sports fest. Organized by the student body, this event aimed to celebrate the spirit of sportsmanship while adding a touch of style and flair to the festivities.

As the curtains drew to a close on this exhilarating event, the fashion walk provided a fitting finale, merging athleticism with haute couture. Participants adorned themselves in a diverse array of sports attire, ranging from sleek activewear to classic jerseys, representing a multitude of sports including football, basketball, cricket, and more. Each outfit was carefully curated to reflect the essence of the respective sports, blending functionality with fashion effortlessly.

The fashion walk commenced amidst cheers and applause from the audience, with participants strutting down the runway with confidence and poise.
