Introduction

The Data Science using R Lab of CSE Department is a specialized research and training facility focused on the application of data science techniques, with particular emphasis on the R programming language, to address engineering challenges. The lab provides an advanced platform for conducting data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning, aimed at extracting valuable insights from complex engineering datasets. Key research areas include data preprocessing, visualization, predictive analytics, and optimization, leveraging R’s comprehensive suite of tools and libraries. The lab’s objective is to equip students and researchers with the expertise to apply data-driven methodologies to engineering problems, facilitating innovation and informed decision-making in areas such as systems engineering, process optimization, and performance analysis.
