Dr. Jolly Parikh Data Warehousing and Data Mining CIC-425T Website With E-Content for DWDM course has been designed to provide reference to students on various topics of DWDM.
Google Classroom has been created to provide resources to the students for the subject of DWDM.
To cover topics of content beyond syllabus Flipped classroom approach has been adopted and quiz is taken to evaluate the understanding of the student.  Students were asked to watch the videos on

Students were asked to work on projects which would help in increasing their understandingof  the concepts of DWDM subject. Problem statement was allotted to a group of 4 students.       
Students are recommended to practice MCQ questions for better understanding of the subject.
Mr. Vijay Kumar Operating Systems CIC-305 Flipped Class Room. Students were provided with NPTEL videos and were instructed to watch before coming to class.IDuring lecture, discussion of doubts was conducted on these topics.

Dr. Jolly Parikh Technical Writing HS-204 Students were explained the concepts of Technical writing. The knowledge shared was testified in an interesting playway manner by conducting games using quizzes, mentimeter etc. 
Mr. Mohit Tiwari Project Management for Engineers MS-302 Project Based Learning (PBL)with individual topics to each student in both classes         
I have contributed to innovative teaching methods in the subject “Principles of Management for Engineers” by authoring two books that focus on enhancing the understanding of management principles tailored for engineering students.
 I have developed an e-content website that offers interactive and engaging resources to support learning in this subject of Principles of Management for Engineers

Innovative Teaching Pedagogy Activities:
a)PLOC Framework Application – Students analyze real-world business cases applying Planning, Leading, Organizing, and Controlling (PLOC) principles.
b)Roles & Functions of Managers – Interactive sessions with live examples, discussions on managerial decision-making, and role-based simulations.
c)Levels of Management – Group discussions and case-based role-playing to understand decision-making at different managerial levels.
d)Organizing a Tech Fest – An engaging experiential learning activity where students simulate the planning and execution of a tech fest, incorporating management principles.
e)Decision-Making Exercises – Scenario-based real-life business problem-solving exercises to enhance critical thinking and strategic planning.
f)Gamification & Quiz Competitions – Interactive game-based quizzes to reinforce theoretical concepts and encourage participatory learning.
g)Leadership Style Role Plays – Students enact various leadership styles (Autocratic, Democratic, Laissez-Faire, etc.) to understand their implications in management.
