Laboratories

Department has fully furnished state-of-the-art laboratories with well-equipped facilities which shall cater to all UG courses as per curriculum requirements. Laboratories are equipped with adequate hardware configuration, latest networking devices, structured LAN cabling, high speed internet bandwidth, Wi-Fi facility through access points, and power backup to all the computer laboratories has been provided through on-line UPS. The computer laboratories consist of licensed software under Microsoft campus agreement.

Computing Facilities

Desktops and  Printers

The department has Lenovo desktops desktops equipped with integrated web cam and wireless keyboard and mouse for conducting online interviews, online recruitment and departmental work for academic purposes. Students have been exposed to well-equipped latest hardware and software utilization.

HP Wi-Fi printers have been installed to support wireless printing and related activities. These are used for scanning and printing purposes that allows students to take lab printouts for timely file submission.

 

Online Platforms

Wi-Fi facility

Internet facility with bandwidth of 1 GBPS has been installed in the department for better connectivity. This facility can be utilized for smooth conduction of work between students and faculties for sharing presentations, assignments and other useful information.

MS Office Cloud 365

MS office online applications are installed for providing cloud based online applications for preparing reports, synopsis and other documents. Students are able to write research paper, projects reports and filling data related to academics.

CISCO Webex

The department has CISCO Webex software for web communication via conducting online classes, meetings, workshops, faculty development programs. This facility enhances teaching and learning via faster communication.

 

Department Library

Department Library

The department has a collection of textbooks, reference books, project reports and seminar report. It has been developed to meet the needs of the students, to provide reference facilities, to refer advanced information for seminar, laboratories, projects, to know about the past research activities undertaken by the students. It is open to all CSE faculties and students. Students and staff can refer textbook and have a better understanding which helps to prepare notes.

Lifts/ Ramps for differently abled students

Lifts and Ramps are provides for hassle free movement of differently abled students.  It has been ensured that these students access the campus without any hindrance.
